Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders!

How long will it take to receive my order?

It will take between 7 and 14 business days for your order to arrive. You can track your order on our page Track your order for all updates.

What should I do if my tracking number is not working or is not updated?

Unfortunately, there may be times when the tracking system is not updated. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find out where your package is and when it will arrive.

How do I know which size to choose?

Make sure you always measure your waist to find your size. You can check the size charts on the product page to see which size will work best for you.

What if the item doesn't suit me?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards as they appear on payment

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one when you shop with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can change the delivery address up to 24 hours after placing the order. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so that we can ship your order to the correct address.

How often do you update your collections?

We have new items EVERY TWO WEEKS. Please subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know!

What should I do if my payment is declined?

There are several scenarios for which your card could be declined.

1) Payment gateway error: There may be technical issues with our payment gateway. If this happens, please try again later or use a different payment method.

2) Fraud protection: Your bank may have flagged the transaction as suspicious, especially if it's a large amount or an international purchase. Contact your bank to review and approve the transaction.

3) International transactions: Your bank may not allow international transactions. Please note that we are an online store based in the Netherlands. Contact your bank to authorize payments worldwide.

4) Address incompatibility: The billing address associated with your card may not match the shipping address for your order. Make sure that the two addresses match.

5) Card limit reached: You may have reached your card's spending limit. Check with your bank and consider using a different card.

6) Insufficient funds: There may not be enough funds in your account to cover the purchase. Check your balance or use a different payment method.
